Using These Online Manuals

The following sections explain how you can get the most out of Micronet's online manuals.

Searching the User Manuals

The user manuals provide step-by-step instructions for using Micronet and can provide answers to many simple queries. You should always make the user manuals your first point of reference for answering queries and resolving problems before logging a call on the Micronet Assist portal.

To access the Micronet user manuals:

  1. Enter http://online.micronet.com.au/manualsaccess/manuals/customer/ into your Internet browser.

Please add this URL to your Bookmarks or Favourites in your Internet browser for easy access.

  1. Log in to the manuals using your Micronet Assist user name and password.

The user manuals are displayed in a new browser window.

Technical Tip

In Micronet 2.8, you can also access the Micronet user manuals in any of the following ways:

  • press the F1 help key on any screen in Micronet to display the topic in the user manuals that is specific to that screen (if the F1 key always takes you to the Micronet Assist login screen, ask your Micronet administrator to make sure that the SysAid User Name and SysAid Password are entered on your userID – refer to "Maintenance - Edit UserIDs - 1. Main")
  • select HELP | HELP ON HELP from the main menu to display this topic
  • select HELP | INDEX from the main menu to display the Micronet Assist login screen.

If you have not already logged in to Micronet Assist, you will be prompted to log in.
